Is this stupid or illegal.

I'm in the middle of doing a light conversion in the pods, but would like to take the wedge to siverstone.

So was wondering if it was Illegal or silly to drive the car without the pods in.

Probabably illegal if it gets too dark, at least you still have quite bright side lights

I can put the driving lights on also.

But don't plan in driving at night.

[/quote]Tank tape should solve that problem. Plus if you get matching colour tape it will draw less attention to your modification.

It's illegal - but if you get a tug by the plod, chances are you'll get a retification notice only. Which is 14 days to get it to an MOT station and produce the cert at the nick - if I remember rightly.

Well I popped them back in but without the lights allegedly .

At least then If I get a tug I can say they just stopped working .

but did not drive at night anyway.
