Just noticed the bike too and where youre from Cantus, there's a lot of them motorised bikes in Gosport as its very flat, just like Holland

Ok than !! This is the bike !
It is a 1969 Puch MV50 Skylark .
50cc with a topspead of 38 m/h.
I own it more than 20 years.
In the 60's and 70's this was "THE bike" for hippies and rockers in the Netherlands.

That is one cooooooosmokinhippyoooooool bike!! Brilliant!!!

It is very similar in design to my first bike, a 1968 Kerry Capitano 50cc, except for the shiny paint, and the handlebars!!eek Mine were at lest a metre lower!!

Please, please post the picture up on biker banter for the young'uns to see!
