Hey all,

Anyone got any idea what the part number of the pil filter is for an 89 400se?

Im at work today and plan to get one over lunchtime but forgot to write it down this morning!!

Also you can use a Unipart GFE181
Also these people do shinny ones

Don't get a landrover one - they tend to drain down.

Got a Landrover one on mine. Pressure seems to come up as quick as the Fram one on there previously. scratchchin

DJE sell them. You can get them standard colour whatever it is. Few bob more for chrome I believe? Anyhow, never had a problem with pressure even after no use for two to three weeks.

He he he he. I have one ready for the next change. They are quite a lot bigger than the standard ones I have had in the past when they have not been in stock. I should keep them and mount them on the wall flying ducks style.

I assume the blurb is sort of OK but does it really make any difference over a standard one they way we use them?
