Spotted-Blue 350i godalming - Sunday AM

Hey All,

Who was in the Blue 350i just outside godalming (in milford) on sunday morning!

I was in the Green 740i who beeped and waved!

You obviously thought i was nuts but hopefully this explains all!!

I've thought for a while we need a hand gesture to identify yourself as a wedger when driving summat else. When that summat else isn't too embarrasing of course...

Yes it was me en route to the Surey Classic Vehicle show at Tilford (Good show) from Crowborough East Sussex.I certainly noticed you despite trying to sort out our navigation ......clearly , I thought ,not merely a casual observer of the breed....Had the 350i for just over 2 years and gone through usual 'too little use' issues ref brakes /electrics/fuel pump/dash veneer/chassis paint, proof and patch - getting there - a blast to drive , but then it replaced a 1934 Austin 10-4 saloon and keeps company with a 1967 Volvo Amazon and a 1200 Beetle currently mid re-construction following beloved daughter's 1st accident...Oh and the Fiat Panda 4x4 which is king of the road (almost) when the snow arrives , much underated design classic methinks....(but I may be in a minority...)
