Anyone out there clued up on diagnosing my starting problem?

The troubles started after my car began cutting out. Got the car back home noticed fuel was leaking from the fuel pump. The car still started though not as intantly as before. Fixed up the lose connection from the fuel pump thanks to a bodged job from its recent 6000 mile service!

Expected to see the car start as I suspected low fuel pressure. The car now just turns over without firing. RAC said there was a spark though plugs were wet with fuel.

Completely baffled as the car started and ran faultlessly before the service. I'm ringing the people concerned though I'm stuck and can't go anywhere!!

Any ideas on where to look?

just a thought till the more knowledgeable guys answer you - try disconnecting the cold start injector.
Also i had a faulty temperature sensor once that fooled the ECU into thinking it was in Siberia and as a consequence pumped about ten gallons of petrol a second into engine!!!!!
