radiator replacement

Only mods I can see, is the fitting of the otter switch, and blanking off the extra hose fitting.
Also when I was trying to get a re-core it was about £180.
I paid a bit extra and fitted a Ali rad from radtec, used a Griff one, but had to add a header tank feed. but then your also need new twin fans.

Did mine last year. My local sercs did a recore for me. Range rover they recon. Mine's a 4.5 too & it seems to cope ok.

Took me a while to figure out what was going on there; your bonnet appears to be hinged at the wrong end

& I can still smell the antifreeze in the garage
