Ceibe fog lights on 1987 350i
Discussion
I replaced mine about a year ago and the good news is that Cibie still make them
.
The model you are looking for is the Airport 35. They come in chrome or black and as driving lights or fog lights. Certainly mine were driving lights, not fog lights, and I would assume yours are the same. (Do they come on with main beam? If so, they are driving lights.)
I cannot for the life of me remember where I got mine from
but I did a quick search and found these guys list them at £36.92. Don't know anything about the company though:

I haven't got around to measuring up yet, but the Vehicle Wiring Products catalogue has a pair of combined fog/ driving lamps that look as though they may fit. With a bit of wiring you could have the fogs come on with the dipped beams (for that Maxx-Knobhead-in-a-BMW look) and the driving lamps on with the main beams. Cast alloy and about £35 a pair IIRC.

I've recently replcaed mine. Got mine from 'wedge automotive' in sheffield. They cost £35'ish each. They are the rover SD1 light. Suppose now it's a question of which is the cheaper
