See you've found it then It's red, just a bad picture. In any case, I'm resisting cos my 2nd will be a V8 sans roof and it won't be until I get her outdoors working first.........

Autotrader btw......

there's nothing like attempting to change ones wheel bearings to put you off buying another one for a long while

Provided it's complete, the chassis isn't too far gone, the engine's OK and you can do ALL the work yourself you stand a fighting chance ending up with a good car, and the satisfaction of it being your own work of course.
Even a decent respray would cost as much as the car would eventually be worth - Have you ever tried flatting a fibreglass panel?
If you fancy spending 100s of hours in the garage to save probably less than £500 then go for it. But don't fool yourself into thinking that it'll not need a shed load of replacement bits - it will. Or that it'll be on the road in 3 weeks once you start - it won't.
Been there, got the wotsits, enjoyed every minute!!

you didn't see my car when I first got it

I must admit, lotter winning time its something I would love a go at for the hell of it. That and a Vixen, maybe a Griffith as well, the original one.
