there's a set of armstrong shocks on e bay for a 350i will they fit a 400se? i would put a link to them but don't know how to do it (can anybody advise)
also are they any good (armstrong)as i'm new to tvr ownership and never heard of the make before

To my knowledge, All wedge series rear shocks should be the same fitment.
The ones listed above are nothing fancy (non-adjustable) but (unless anyone corrects me) will do the job.

Some adjustables here for about £60 a pop:

They were the original types fitted at the factory for the early 350i's

The ones Lee posted seem a good deal.

I've got early AVO non height adjustable, but adjustable.

And they did make a big differance, but there not going to be as good as the SH fully adjustable ones. but a lot cheeper if you on a budget.

Get the height adjustable one Antony, you will need them to get the ride height just right with 16s on the rear. Nice to see the mint of a Wedge has not gone too far thumbup
