Alternate location for serial number?

Just bought a wedge from the USA with no title.
Without a title I can't bring it to Canuckistan, but sites exist that will get you a title for the car.
I need to have the proper 17 digit serial number for the car but according to the seller, the stamp impression
for one of the letters the E might be an F in: TV9RE28P6FBDH1263

I really need this to bring the wedge home.

Is it stamped elsewhere on the car?

Do these have struts and not wishbones? Not sure what you mean.
