In Belgium, hope it was as great in the UK as well.
Use the wedge also during winter but it was the first time with around 12 degrees Celcius plus. On my local dual cariage way had a few runs up and down. Several traffic lights and I like them to turn red when in the wedge. Interesting encounters: surprised a few bikers, bmw diesels, other sportive looking cars and 'cabrios': But nice was the sound 'check' with a new ferrari 4-seater = exchange tumbs up and entertain the others on this road. Result: ferrari nice but no dBs, wedge raw and when accelerating you couldn't even hear the ferrari.... No pop and bang on it either! They probably forgot that in the ECU programming like the blibs on downshifts and flaps in the exhaust.

Did you have a great time like this as well?

Ah, by the way, rear brakes now binding so need to overhaul the lot. Still grinning so don't mind looking after the wedge after having a very enjoyable afternoon (and no problems during winter).

Took the 450 out this afternoon. was such a nice day that I had to make a big effort to get the car out of the garage. I had to shift all the old kitchen cupboards that have been put outside the garage by the bloke installing the new kitchen. Got the car out and went for a half hour blast (was only supposed to go around the block). Still, it was a nice day and it needed to be used for the cars benefit. A gentle shake down to make sure everything was ok and warmed up then let the rumble change to the bellowing howl that we all know and love. Hope tomorrow is the same.....I need to get another fix!!!! Nige'

Popped up to the garage to get a gallon for the wedge and spotted a nice old Bentley up there, which seemed to be in trouble. So 'What's Happening in your Garage' today was getting a Bentley running again - turned out to be a loose ignition fuse....

What a great day. At last it was good to get my car out with all the other Tivvies at the mid-Essex meet. The only Wedge and the oldest car there. Everything else was these round things!

I did manage to start the SEAC for 30 seconds - it's the first time it's run for a few Month's..

Now running the new big Bosch fuel pump.

Went out for a ride on my newly purchase m/bike.

What a hoot - I've forgotten what fun bikes are and just how many cars you overtake. I did 150 miles mainly around the south downs. smile

Like the qwacker, always fancied one and looked at a very similar one when sold the 600, but better judgement took hold smile Too many awkward car drivers out there frown

Well - I'm not the voice of experience as I've only done 200 miles on it since buying it (Dec 07) but the car drivers don't seem to mind being over taken ..

But I guess it all depends on where and when you do it and there are always bad ones out there.

It does seem that every car driver that you overtake on a single road when in another car seems to take exception these days..

Took the cover off to air her, but spent all weekend routing and mitering kitchen worktops, plumbing the sink in, and then unblocking the drains due to the amount of sawdust created frown
