Without wishing to cause a stir (especially as i have stuff on order) but these guys used to be so quick, useful and reliable...

Ive left various messages, finally got through after chasing and its so far taken a week for pedal rubbers to not appear....

Shame really, relied and said great things to everyone in the past about these guys...hope its just me having a one off??

I could mention the rear A frames I brought and had powder coated before fitting only to find out that they had been welded incorrectly!
Needless to say I was not pleased.

Thats odd. I've always found Neil to be very good. He even sent me some door hinge bushes for me to try and see if they fitted: he said for me to call back and pay him if they fitted. They arrived very quickly too.

I guess maybe theyre struggling under their own success...

Still a good company tho IMHO.

P.S. Matt, when I bought my pedal rubbers, Neil did say they were available, but supply was a little erratic sometimes.

I ordered a rear wheel bearing kit from them a couple of months ago. It was here within 2 days with absolutely no trouble. Couldnt fault the service at all.

I spoke to Neil yeasterday afternoon, after an update on my rubbers as he had also seen this post...

I agree it is not a 'usual' experiance with them, but i guess its my fault working in the sales division that i find it very frstrating when people dont communicate!

Anyhow, done sorted and on the way now...

Onwards and upwards!!

Cool.

Cant wait to get mine back out of storage. Might even be buying a house with a 20*12 foot garage to store it in - the lengths I go to!!

Hope the carpeting goes well: Im in the states again as of sunday, so will have nothing better to do of an evening than to surf pistonheads: let me know if you need any pointers on recarpeting!
