Hi
as anyone re veneered the main instrument panel and did you recover the pull off plywood board or the steel plate behind? The plyboard on mine is quite twisted so i'm thinking about taking out the clocks and veneering the steel?

Don't have the experience myself (except for the twisted bit ;-) of the dash), but many interesting posts on here. Do a search on this forum and you will have ample of information to read.

Thanks. I am happy that I decided for this technique. It is in a very high Quality, looks originally like walnut-wood an has a pretty hard surface because of some tranparent lacquer-layers. And it isn´t expencive. I can recommend it.
