Try talking to Penninsula or try some of the advertisers here on PH. I've heard it's around £300 tops to do all the 400 veneer but that could be tosh!

I've recently had all five wood panels done in my 390. A previous owner had the guage panel, and the switch panel done (in 1996) for £300, and that went back to the factory.

I used London Carriage Craft (recently started advertising on Pistonheads and in Sprint). The quality of the work is superb, it makes the factory stuff look cheap and amatuerish. It cost £500, but I personally think it's worth it. It has completely transformed the interior.
