Or just make a cardboard/hardboard template and take that, if no mirrors available.smile

- Could cut polystyrene to shape for the backing, if not using electrics.

driving
What dya need mirrors for? To do your hair?silly
You only need to see forwards so that you know whats next to overtake!
Everything behind you should be going backwards!

(edited to say always drive sensibly, do not emulate this advice at home, and always carry a comb as driving without mirrors is foolish and may result in a dishevelled appearance upon arriving at your destination!)roflroflrofl

Well thanks for all of these replies...but was advised not to go to a local mirror shop as standard mirror glass does not provide the magnification....blame Blaine....UK

I got a new pair cut at the local glazier £2.50 each, work fine. At least with flat glass you know exactly how far back you are leaving everything!

If you need convex mirror glass cut and you have a plastic backing plate or template drop me a mail. smile

Or if it is just to fit a standard Citroen CX25 left or right hand plastic backing plate, those can be cut to order without a pattern in either flat or convex glass.

If you find some, let me know as I'll need a few pairs, as fitting some to the Race Car.
