I have got £46 of optimax in mine. I take the veiw that if the needle stops bouncing I have got about 30 miles left. If the needle is bouncing it's anyones guess! Never run out yet........
Flippin heck you're brave, £46 must have left a range of about 5 miles in the tank provided you didn't take any corners..

Interesting question Duncan. I've got some Wedge fuel tanks in the garage (don't ask). The alley on is huge compared with the steel jobs and looks quite different to the alley one's (two off) on the SEAC. Guess the answer is that the Wedge tanks varied. I'm pretty sure the majority had the twin steel tanks with specials (2+2, early SEACs, SEAC, etc) having different items.
Capacity - no idea. My 420 - run out of fuel - £31 to fill (loads of patients/rocking the car to level the tanks)thus about 35 litres total

That'll help the range I get from a single tank!
