Help needed with handbrake

Hello lads and lasses took the wedge for test passed ok but with advice notice "Offsdie wheel handbrake not working" well ive checked the caliper and its moving freely, the nearside wheel is not moving when handbrake is applied but the offside is can anybody advise me whats wrong ????

Handbrake off.
Remove wheel
You will see an adjuster on the handbrake caliper.
Remove pin, turn clockwise until wheel binds, turn back 180 or less so you can return the pin.

Make sure the pads are still in there too - sometimes you can lose the friction material.
