I'm considering dropping my Princess 4 pots for something easier to work with. Can anyone recomend a cost effective solution? I'm hearing Wilwoods are not up to much. I'm not using my car for track days either - any ideas guys?

I think if you want anything better than wilwoods, then you going to have to go AP. but that will cost over 1k.

Happy with hispec (4-pot and use them with either EBC or Mintex pads), but others are not. And they 'came' with 300mm vented discs and last forever on a track ;-)
Wasn't a supplier posting on here as well? Kery..... He had something available as well I think.

Are the WMS calipers ok for bleeding? That's the main problem I have with the Princess 4 pots.

All 400SE's was fitted with 4 pot Austin princess Calipers.
Some people post as AP(Austin princess) but then that gets confusing with AP racing calipers.

HiSpec are ok, but people have had problems with them, and if you do there customer service can be very slow at best.

If you do a google search your find a lot of unhappy customers.

Absolute doddle to bleed, but must admit that I use a Gunsons pressure bleed kit.
I bought a complete kit from Keri, Vented/grooved discs, Red stuff pads, 4 pot alloy calipers, fixing kit and braided lines. cost was about £550 if my memory serves me well.
