I got a replacement for my my one from Ford - they do not make the original anymore but there is one that fits a Ford Diesel engine that will do the job - it is slightly shorter in length but if you turn the mushroom part on the fuel injection unit it does fit and works a treat. I will try to look up the part number I used to get mine and let you know.
Thanks
Ian

I am attempting to have these air intake hoses reproduced. I hope to have the finished product in another couple of months.

I bought some 70mm 90 degree silicone elbow. Can't remember the lengths but you measure the longest parts. It was a nice blue colour. Just swivel the rubber part on the metering head to get the correct set up.

Before that I wrapped cling film round the existing hose until I was told that that was too cheap even for me!

I have had a look through my history file for the part number but no luck - I remember getting the part from Ford - I am sure it was from a Ford Orion diesel and as I said previously it is a little shorter but will fit. David Gerald TVR also sells these parts - they are the same Ford Orion part but with a mark up on the Ford price of course.
I hope this is of some help.
