I own a 1982 280i and want to replace front and rear shockers. Can anyone give me some info on what car the suspension originally came off or better still, some part numbers. Any help would be appreciated.

Recently bought a pair of spax adjustable shocks for the front, £51.06+vat each from Demon Tweeks, part number SPXG240. Have not tried them out yet as body not on chassis at present
