The Sagaris was built in LHD and I have pictures from my last factory visit of a couple in just that configuration, at least one of which was destined for Italy.

Hey - that's right .. I do remember seeing some LHD Sagari on the production line when I was on the last factory tour before they shutdown.

They were having a big export drive..

Here in The Netherlands we have griffs, chims, tuscans and also a sagaris that are all left hand drive.
