Hi, Following my crash at the anglesey circuit whilst testing last Friday, I am now desperately seeking a series two front end. Can anybody help please.

Have you asked CJ if the light weight one piece front end will fit.

As I bought the mould off him, but its still with the guy who makes them.

You sure that little scrape wont T'cut out Dave?wink
But seriously, glad that you are going to rebuild the car, front end did not look too bad after you had cut the nose off, how has the chassis faired up?
Douglas Valley Breakers have a pair of Wedges that they are breaking, could be worth a phone call.

Hi Tony, Thanks for the loan of the saw smile

The main chassis is good and straight, which I am bloody amazed at given the impact. The front chassis bits in front of the suspension have now been refabricated and is finished. The gearbox mount has now been refabricated and the engine mounts straightened out. Gearbox and engine are now in the right place. All the suspesion bits and steering rack are due for delivery in the morning. I'll just be waiting on a 3/4" rod end and a nitron damper. All the suspension should be reassembled and working for early next week. Whilst I'm waiting for the new front end I'll be fitting a new fancy induction system and sorting out the plumbing of the fuel system, which I'm sure has been put together wrong in the past.

Will be making new seat mountings tomorrow and refitting the seat.

I can do you a complete bodyshell if you`re interested. V8 chassis as well if anyone wants it. Unfortunate change of circumstances means that my project is held in limbo on the trailer. Offers accepted.

Thanks for the offer Dave but I have a one piece, light weight front end organised now. I pick it up on Friday. Just got to figure out how to fit it.
