Well I've got one of these coming this week. So will attempt to test it on the V8 WSV, the V8 Wedge and the V6 Vectra.

Hopefully it will improve both the V8's as old fasioned carbs and flapper system, but probably make the V6 worse as the fuelling system should try and over compensate, until I add some sort of electronic gizmo or spacer on the lambda yikes

Just going to use one cell at the moment and will let you know how it goes.

In theory it is supposed to produce better economy and more power by making more petrol burn and thus less harmful emissions

So hopefully will fit ok without too much hazzle on some sort of removable cradle so I can swap between vehicles

If it just makes the combustion more efficient/complete, why would that upset the EFI?

I think because the modern ecu based on a lambda sensor is not expecting efficent reading so thinks the car is running lean so richens the mixture to compensate and thus use more petrol

Well fitted my hydrogen bomb to the Wedge over the weekend yikes

Produces some sort of gas , (assuming it hydrogen, but not yet put a match to it to test smile ) not as much as I'd hoped for, but maybe as only a smallish unit and probably be better with 3 units for a V8.

It seems to run ok at idle and revving on the drive, but not yet had a chance to see if anything has improved on a run yet, as the heavens opened

Put a tee piece on the inlet pipe where the dissy vacumn pipe goes, as that should then be directly injecting into air flow.

Need to measure a few things now, like emissions, head temp, economy and should do a rr test really.

Did the loan ECU / AFM's help with your problems, or you not tried them yet.

Not yet tried them yet, that's hopefully a task for tomorrow night to see if I can get idle / start when cold going

Just tried both ecu you loaned me, one fixed the idle problem instantly and the other was just as bad if not slightly worse.
The one that cured the issue was in a plastic bad and labeled ok. What was this from ? You probably told me at WF but I can't remember.
Just need to do a soak test tomorrow night and see if it still idles after a short run to the pub smile

Anyone remember a place that you can send ecu's too so they can check and fix if possible ?

The one in the bag, was the one used by Chris to fix his problems.
The other one was from Yellow wedge. He did say it work when he took it off the car. but may be best to label it as faulty.

If you want to use the good one, and send me both the doggy ones, I'll re-solder them to see if that help.

Paul - It was great to see you and the Wedge tonight. The hydrogn kit looks fascinating, and I'll be very interested to hear what benefits you get out of it. I'll let you have some indicative volumes to get the synergistic effects we were discussing.
When the electo-hydrogen generator is finished, you can be the first to see it.

Sounds good, I volunteer to be a test driver on said project yikes

Good to see you again, hope you get the 350 running soon. I'll keep you updated on my unscientific methods smile
