Has anyone successfully fitted a locking petrol cap? If so, what vehicle was it designed to fit please? - Streaky

For future reference there is a search facility on this website. The cap is TR7, available from TVR dealers, Triumph specialists...

I know. I use it. You try searching on "locking petrol" or "locking fuel" and see what you get. I got no hits, hence my question.

Sorry, I'd only just got up and wasn't at my best. You'll be glad to know that it is a smart chrome cap with an escutchion. PS the search is locking, wedge forum, all dates. I paid about £20 ten years ago from a dealer. I hope that you can do better.

No apology needed. My search was too refined, didn't want all those entries on central locking - S
