Having read the books etc i have decided on a later 390se or 400se.
Any advise is welcome and does anybody know anything about the two i have short listed that are advertised on here at the moment?
one at £5250 in hamps and one at £4500 in cambs both are 390's.

Hi Simon!
Good choice moving to a wedge, im sure everyone else will follow to congratulate on you seeing the (slightly mad) light!!
The one in hants is ed-crouch's which us in the south know well as he has been to a few meets and is a regular on here. Totally unconnected to ed i can say that his is the sort of car i look for when i buy one! its very similar to mine, not perfect but very honest and not hiding any nasty surprises!
Ed seems knows everything there is to know about that car, even if he did have a nasty habbit of leaving the mullet of the roof up!!! i'm sure he will show you some photos of what she was like when he bought it as he picked her up as a project a few years back...ed's a nice guy and thats an honest car...for £5250 he must be nuts with all the time and money he's put into her!
Good luck with the buy!
