front wheel tracking

can anyone tell me the correct tracking toe in/out for the front wheels on my 89 390se.

I asked the same a few weeks ago and was told 3 degrees toe in

Toe in is 30mins (half deg) (about 3mm ?)
Castor is 3 to 4 deg.

Sounds about right. RT said about 2mm a few years ago.
