They are off a Renault 12 also Dacia 1300 also reliant rialto.

You need mid life R12. The early ones have the screw holes in the middle and the later ones have the screw hole access from the rear.

Or put some replacement bulbs/leds in and cover these with perspex or so, to resemble the original (my plan on my todo-list to make it more flush with the bumper and get rid of the glued=repaired ones).
