Hi All,
Got back from Sri-Lanka on Sunday, Picked up car yesterday with new camshaft...awesome performance.
One problem though-cant reduce CO below 5%
"One Eyed Dave" thinks the mixture screw/air flow meter(flapper)is knackered.
Any advice on checking this?
Could the FSE fuel reg pressure being set at 3 bar have any bearing on this?
Car goes sweet as anything other than this.

PS a big thanks to RPI for helping dave with the spring pre-load info.

Remember it's possible to change the air flow base
setting inside the small plastic cover...

if you run out of advustment on the mixture screw...

it's hard to describe but there is a round cogged
wheel that is held in place by a clip of sorts pull the
clip away will let you move the wheel (mark where you start) and dont move it far !

Recheck CO - fine adjust with mixture screw..

Mine had really really bad CO until the knackered cam was replaced. It seems cams can need replacing anytime after 50,000 miles.
