Anyone know the trigger voltage for WOT enrichment on the throttle pot? I can hear the injectors or a relay clicking when i open the throttle butterfly rapidly but there is no clicking when approaching a fully open throtle.

Anyone know of a more scientific way of testing it?

Cheers

WOT on the throttle pot is about 4.5 Volts.

Closed is 0.30~0.35 volts.

It's a 5 volt feed.

Hmm, only 4.3v feed on mine, measured between yellow and green wires.

Base voltage on Red/green wires is ~0.325 as it should be.

Yes - the base voltage is set in the range 0.3 ~ 0.35 .. yours is spot on.

Max voltage you have is in the correct range - as far as I know.

You only get the clicking when you rotate the throttle quickly - the ECU is differentiating the TP voltage and when the rate of change is high (foot stamped down hard!) it does the enrichment.
