Wonder if he/she is after space? I had a full sized spare in the 350 and was happy with that. Somewhat limited in carrying space but it worked. Happy in the knowledge that I would not have to do 30 odd mph on a space saver. I would be wary of a tyre that old though but I liked the wheel design.

Now I have a space saver and while I like the extra space, I am worried (but not too much) of punctures.

Was this how all the wheels used to come, with the center colour coded to the bodywork?

My White 350 of the early 90's and my current Met Green one had/has colour coded wheels but I do have quite a few non-colour coded ones in the garage and have seen 350's without so I suspect it was an option.
What they worth? Good question as some 14" wheel owners want to move to these but many owners have these around as they've moved to the OZ's or aftermarket items. I had mine for sale at £35 each or £150 for the set of 5, some interest but they are still in the garage! Guess that's where they'll stay as someone will want them one day.

The question is what is the wheel worth, the tyre is totally valueless as it will have to be disposed of, it is well outside its use by date and the rubber will be totally hard.

It would seem that the tyre is perfect, if you read the additional info added on the advert.

As a personal policy I will change tyres at three years old, even if there is still tread left. A twenty-year-old tyre - no thanks!
