Should be Cortina 3/4/5 I believe. scratchchin

I need some too, but waiting til I have shiny new springs fitted to match the dampers. smile

Oddly enough, there is no mention of spring seat rubbers on the Cortina FRONT suspension in Haynes, but they definitely are illustrated and labelled as such on the Cortina rear axle.

In the past I have re-built both units, and do seem to remember them only being at the back.

This topic been round several times before, I think last time the only positive result was supply from a TVR specialist in the States.
It doesn't do a lot except maybe reduce the odd squeeke etc. other option is to bed the spring on grease or thin coat of silicon.

Is this something you have done yourself? It's quite a statement given the fact that the rubber was put there for a specific reason...

Quite a large chunk of rubber - not sure I would want to leave it off or replace with grease / silicon. I think it serves as a bump stop not sure though.

It looks more chunky than it is, it's quite a thin piece of rubber, certainly not a bump stop.
Talk to Richard at RT racing or ask on the Ford forums - they have the same problem.
