Hi all, long time no post!

Does anyone know the size of the upper ball joint boots?

Thanks

Danny

You cheapskate Danny, just replace the balljoint and have done with it wink
I bet you wouldn't look for a Porsche boot, now would you...

Funnily enough I did trip over a website t'other day for some company that listed spare rubbers (fnarr) for b/js and TREs... [rummage]

I wasn't being tight - just lazy :-)

The P has gone and been replaced by a DB7

After umpteen trial fits of the new spring/damper units I've damaged the rubber boot on one of the brand new ball joints. So I'd like to here if replacement boots can be had.

Yes they are Cortina ones. I ended up changing the joint (it felt quote loose).

For those who are interested the diameter of the ball joint is 16mm and 40mm, so I reckon the larger boots http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&am... will fit.

Cheers

Danny
