Just an update lads. Got some replacement brackets for my front coilovers from SH as I felt the ride hide height was a bit too low and uneven. I ended up using only one modified bracket to level up the body and I must say it has made a superb difference. SH is a brilliant guy to do business with and is fully supportive and understanding with any issues you may have.

I intend to get the rears sorted in the near future. IMO the coilovers are a better long term solution to the normal springs and shocks and are much easier to replace than the factory set up. A worthwhile upgrade IMO...

You need to get your own C Spanner - make sure it's the adjustable type. Easy to use once you get going. There's plenty about on ebay.

If you need any tips for installation drop me an email with your number and I can talk you through the method I found easiest to adopt.

They make the car feel like its apart of the road, the old shocks were oridunal and shot, no confidence in the car on a bumpy road but can any one explain why there is a lot of toe change through the suspention movement ?

If you are talking about "bump steer" it is down to the steering rack being in the wrong place in terms of geometry.

Basically the wishbones and the track rods don't follow exactly the same arc when the suspension moves up and down.
This is fine when both sides moves together but if one side moves more or less than the other it can steer the car.
