Morning all..Just got back from a nice 2 week break in Callendar Scotland. You know..usual drill, re-investing in marraige blah blah.
Anyway, how nice to see a TVR dealership 20 yards from where we were staying. Even the wife smiled!!
My main point is that i have my car up on stands in my carpeted, heated, garage at home. My plan is to rub back the chassis rust proof it, paint it, Fit new radiator or re-core, fit newly aquired stainless exhaust, and replace bushes plus other stuff.
Well now, the car has been waiting over 7 weeks for me to start...so far nothing!! What is wrong with me? (Need a good kicking some would say)
C'mon all need MOTIVATING..!!

What more motivation do you need with carpet and heat in your garage!

Spare a thought for me re-bushing the chassis this winter in a cold concrete floored garage

I know, i know..i have NO excuses..!
My fear is before i know it spring will have arrived and the sound of V8 wedge's fills the air, + mine will still be on stands...!!!!
I JUST CANNOT ALLOW THAT TO HAPPEN.
I can do it, i must do it, I WILL DO IT.
Thanks chaps.
(sorry V6 wedge's too)

CARPET!!!

Why the hell didn't I think of that...?
Still, I suppose the 75000 btu space heater might help stave off Jack Frost (one night last week I was working out there and it was 23 degrees - T-shirt weather!).
