Have decided to restore the front end of the car & have it all blasted and coated, new bushes the lot, can anyone tell me what type of top and bottom ball joints are on the front, is it granada MK2? Please help

Ford Cortina Mk3 & 4's and cheap to buy. Getting the originals out may be a problem as they are pressed in unless they have been changed before in which they will be bolted on...

Not too tricky to get out... Just drill and punch out the rivets. Queue the usual discussions about spring compressors and pieces of M12 studding...

Personally if I was rebuilding the whole front I would fit the SH coilover conversion. One of the jobs I really hate is fitting the spring/lower wishbone. Even with the spring compressor it's still a bit of a fiddle. Cheers Steve.
