Cooling Fan

Hi Every one,
I have a 350i Series 2 and the cooling fan is about to die ( making a terrible noise ) does any one know where I can get the exact same fan to replace ?
Also whats the best way to acess it ? Do I need to drop the radiator out or can I get at it fro underneath?
Any ideas would be really appreciated.

I would have thought that bonnet off and the fan is easy to get at? Not sure where to get a direct replacement though. I went down the twin fan route due to some tinker beefing up the motor......
