It's had a bit of a front end smack, and you can see where the front chassis crossmember has been straightened. It all looks professional though with really neat welds. Plus we managed to track down the garage that did the work and after a long chat with them, I decided it was nothing to worry about.
Firefox, did you buy the 420 SEAC from Barons?
If you did, it was because of that car that i bought a Wedge. Up till i went to that auction i was all set to buy a Westfield, but that 420 just looked stunning.

Hey Dave -
Yes - I am the guilty party who bought the 420 SEAC at Baron's. I went there to buy something else but bought the Tiv! Nearly bought a second car too, but my stable takes a little managing at the moment.
Thanks for your kind remarks. I too think it is stunning, and so many people come up to tell me the same - even at petrol pumps - not only at TVR meetings!
Did you bid for the car at the auction? It must have been you that cost me a few extra quid - and then the auctioneers got another £100 out of me!
Hope you enjoy H BOMB - brilliant number. Driving one of these is a bit like driving with a continuous explosion going on behind you!
Are there any photos anywhere on this site?
cheers!
