Shift light settings?

I've just fitted an OMEX sequential shift light, but i'm not sure what RPM i should have as the change up point. Does 5500 rpm seem about right for peak power?

Sounds about right .. but the seat of your pants normally knows best..

Thanks, I ws going to leave it at 6k but i think that that might be too high, as by the time my brain has processed the need to change gear, I'm well into the red. Plus power seems to drop off at about 5500 anyways.
