280i US version redline speed in each gear.

Well I finally think I have it running decent as I have a wur that seems to be working right but I still don't have a working tach. as the Smiths tach and the MSD ignition don't like eachother much.

Would like to know what the approximate redline speed is in 1st and 2nd so I know I stay below it or if anybody has the redline and the ratios that would work too.

I am guessing that you are using a 6a or a 6al msd box.... Look on the right side of the box, there is a connector there.... Hook it up to your tach. There should be no problems. email me [e-mail] and Ill take a pic of my set up. You are in the USA? Where?

No its a 5900. Was in it when I got the car. Do plan on going to a 6200 or 6a when I get around to it but just kind of looking for a ball park so I know where my revs are.
