Gearbox ford five speed

Hi again .Having problems with my gearbox .As i mentioned in a earler post.Cant seem to engauge gears very well.My mate thinks its to do with selector.i took the tunnel off inside the car to have a look .Gearstick looks straight no kink in the stick .Does any body have a spare stick if i need one for sale.i am useless at any thing like this .but my mate is very good .i will wait and see what he comes up with.Is the gear stick standard ford or modified. Might be the clutch..

If it's hydraulic - bleed it.. cable - adjust it.
