looks good for me too but makes me wondering why nobody bought it than.
i had a closer view to the chassis-picture and the front crossbeam leading to the passenger outtrigger looks very rough...looks like it was sandblasted, which took the rusty particles away but leaving a weakened and porosed chassis tube whch was painted black.
i might be wrong, but the picture looks like that.

As the owner of the above mentioned car can I set the record straight.
The front cross member has not been shot blasted, none of the chassis has, so there is no degradation in strength. The particular member was probably the least rustiest as it was covered in oil thanks to TVRs own inbuilt chassis lubrication system called an upside down oil filter! I have pictures of it all before I restored it which you are welcome to see and I’d upload them if I knew how.
That actual member was degreased of said oil and grime, painted and then waxoyled. The rusty parts of the chassis, namely the outriggers were cut out and new ones fitted. Any other rust was limited to the surface so was treated accordingly. I have also added strengthening to the chassis in places, especially at the rear to cater for bigger blokes.
Having restored 4 TVRs and built over a dozen kit cars, all for pleasure I might add, I do have some experience of these matters.
Hope that’s clears up any issues.
