Picked up my Wedge today (black 400SE). 150 mile trip back home with no problems at all. This was the first time I have driven a Wedge any distance and once I got off the motorways and onto some of my favorite roads near home - wow!! Having wanted one for ages I was slightly concerned the reality would not leave up to my expectation. I need not have worried as it was simply briliant. Its now parked in my garage and I keep going back for a quick peek! What a fantastic machine. woohoo

Great moment , remember it well , starting the wedge is also a special thing every time !biggrin Fantastic looking wedge too , I need to get polishing ! She looks particularly evil, as all wedges tend to .

I recognise that Wedge!

A decent polishing machine and plenty of meguiars products always worked wonders on her.

Well done Blackwedge (Paul). She is a beauty. If there is anyhting you need to know about the car, I had her in bits during my ownership and know her inside out.

Why did I ever sell her?

think that the bib had a word with snookes at some point regarding the plates, also seem to remember it making around 250 bhp on the rollers.

I still have the black plates and its a shame they are not legal as they do look good on the car. Anthony told me when I bought it that he had had a couple of issues with the BIB when using them, one of which involved the handing over of money so I will keep them for show use.

If you look at the following picture you'll see it's slightly older brother in the background.
