Hi Chaps, was about to do a rebuild on my 1988 350 wedge but then thought why not a recon or second hand replacement, any one know where I could get a replacement heart for me wedge

When my old unit went pear shape I picked up a 4.0 litre Chim unit from Douglas Valley, Scott and Steve were a great help, I believe they have a very low milage 3.5 Litre wedge at the yard that might fit the bill.

No point rebuilding a standard SD1 engine, much better off getting a s/h 3.9 or bigger and rebuilding that. you could even get one that will drop stright in for about £300 if your lucky.
