This one?
Seems expensive whistle

Looks like it may need a suspension over-haul as in the picture of the rear view of the car, it does appear to be listing to the right (as does my car wink ). It could just be the angle it's parked at though.

Looks nice and clean though.

Might be a twisted chassis yikes , but mine is sagging due to weak springs I believe (I'll find out once I've changed them!)

I've been supply only quoted today; new springs front £47 each, rear £43 each (these are uprated). Going to get more prices tomorrow. It's not too bad a job to do though.

That topic should read "easy action", but i'm sure all you "children of the revolution" sussed that!!
190 odd miles is a long way to go for a twisted chassis !! Phone call and an hpi it is..... Ahem, is the car still for sale? is the chassis straight ? Can you repaint it for me ? and are you willing to knock it down in time for christmas (ho ho ho) Glad tidings indeed !! Parts you quoted seem quite reasonable peaktorque !

It is indeed - your more than welcome to come and have a look, i'll PM you my address.
I fell into the trap of buying the first wedge I saw and the colour does grow on you, but it wouldn't have been my first choice. You don't see too many that colour though!

My pretty good 400SE sold for £5250 a few weeks ago...to the first person who came to look...suppose I could have held out for another £250 for the next 6 months, MOT'd it, taxed again, insured again etc.

I'd have a look at this...a bit special, and looks like he'll want to move it now. Price down from £4,200.

Tempted meself. Only 15 miles from me. smile

I don't think you're very well Graham... sounds like you have conjunctawedgeitis! yikes

Very serious disease it is too... symptoms are:

- Irrational buying & selling of Wedge shaped TVR's.

&

- Breaking out into terrible sweats if you haven't posted on the PH wedge
forum in the last 10 minutes.

hehewink

Edit to add: The 350i looks rather nice, i even like the colour. If it is as good as it looks then i would say that is a fair price.
Less then 4k for a convertible V8 sports car...bargain. smile

Oh and...
VERY RARE CAR THESE WERE MADE TO SPECIAL ORDER ONLY

This is/was FF's old car is it not?

Yes it seems fine, until you realise the auction has ended and its on P.H. and Autotrader for £4750 !!! The car is in danger of becoming poisened because of all the advertising ! people are gonna just ignore it as they will assume something is very amiss !!confused

Exactly, and he couldn't sell it after knocking the price down to less than 4 grand on ebay.

I saw the PH ad' yesterday, but what you ask and what you get are often very different, as you know. smile

I wonder if anyone's even bothered to go and tyrekick it. scratchchin
