Does anyone know what the front coil spring free length is for a 350i and also a sensible poundage to go for? I don't suppose the front are identical to the cortina springs are they?
Cheers

Not sure but you could contact Derek at Absolutely shocks or Richard Thorpe ate RT racing.

I'm sure either of them could let you know the best for your car. Springs are not all that expensive.

I think Steve Heath does a front spring removal tool.. as well.

I've been quoted £120 delivered for uprated springs all round for my 350i.

Pretty reasonable I think.

RT racing is your man.

Excellent thanks, I was looking at rally design and they're about £20 each + postage. Not worth messing about with If I can get the correct ones from an expert. Cheers.

Definitely not standard Cortina springs. About 3 times the tickness and number of turns. Cheers Steve.
