How much would you expect to pay for a wedge series 2 (1988) exhaust in stainless. Not the manifolds but the mid box and rear pipes

1. New
2. Reclaimed from a breakers such as DV

I know how much I sold mine for on Ebay, taken from the car I was breaking. Sods law the car I bought to replace it needs a new exhaust.

After a few suggestions I will tell you what i paid yikes

A second hand one will leak which will cause idle problems and .... If you really like your wedge get a custom made one ie to your spec - small silencer !biggrin

Was there a tree growing up through the car ?

Seems like some have been there years.
Do they charge an entry fee too ? hehe

I think RT charges about 380-400 for full S/S system, and a bit more for a set of S/S manis.

I think that there are three questions there really:
1 £450ish
2 £100ish from a breakers yard
3 from DV, as below

To be fair to Douglas Valley they gave me exceptional service, Graham was fantastic.

The exhaust was delivered to my door by 9.30 the day after I agreed to buy it. I would also say it doesnt appear to have been on the donor car for long as it looks brilliant.

Overall well worth the call smile
