Well after 18 months wedge ownership i've just noticed that i've got one odd wheel and its bloody bugging me now!

They're the OZ split rim 5 spokes and three are 8Jx15 and one is 8.5Jx15, anyone in a similar prediament and want to swap? or sell me one?

Not sure which component is different between the two. If its the kerbside rim that different, I know you can get new rims from BBS for their wheels. However, you may have to have it machined down to fit the OZ...

If the casting is different youre buggered.

The OZ splitties are great looking wheels but are a pain to fettle.

Funnily enough I found the same when I bought my 400 - 3 x 8's & 1 x 8 1/2.

Sourced another mixed set, so I've now got 8 1/2's on the back. Am thinking of maybe changing the wheels soon'ish though.

7.

Seems to be a theme here! My 400 had one 8 1/2" too. Managed to swap it out and got a full size spare OZ in the process as part of the deal!

Perhaps to help the car go round right-hand corners better - e.g. roundabouts? ;^) Or to spread the weight of the driver over a wider area (ducks for cover....)

Still got a complete set (4 wheels) size 8.5x15 in my garage.
All in good shape.
