After a (very) long time at the trimmers I got my seats back. Took a long time but they look great now.

[

Other jobs completed:
o Fitted new steering column UJ's
o Fitted new custom steering column bulkhead bearing

Am currently polishing up the rocker covers and plenum cover - looking shiny and also part way through glueing the sound proofing back to the underside of the bonnet.

Jobs left to do:
o Fit recon front suspension I have acquired along with new coil-overs, Steve Heath droplinks and HUGE discs and Brembo calipers (this is an even longer running saga than the seats but we're getting there)
o Fit new plug leads, silicon hoses etc.

Roll on spring or at least some weather we can get the cars out again....

Nice one Simon, those seats look sweet biggrin

Whereabouts are the trimmers based? One of the first things I'm looking at doing with my new wedge is getting the carpets & seats sorted, would be good to know if there's somewhere recommended nearby... (nr Sheffield)

Cheers, James

Absinth

Have emailed you with details of the trimmers, didn't want to post up full details on here as the process wasn't without its frustrations!

For general wedge related issues I recommend RT Racing if you're based in Sheffield.

email received, many thanks smile

Car's at RT at the moment, but could do with a trimmer to get a comparative quotes & opinions off etc...

Thanks again

Seats look really nice - I am thinking about having mine done - not sure who to use or where to go - can you advise and give me an idea of the cost to get them re trimmed.
Cheers
