indies in wycombe

Having just moved to high wycombe, can anyone recommend me a decent indie garage familiar with TVR's?

Doesn't stever live around here ~ you about steve?

My uncle used to live in High Wycombe when he first got the 420SE which is now mine... I'll have a look through the folder for some of the early receipts to find a name or two out for you. this is going to be back in the early-mid 90's mind you, but it may prove some help if no-one else has any recommendations...

I live just before Amersham, and have used Perry Mott at the V8 centre, he used to be High Wycombe, but moved to Denham a few years ago - still not too far. Knows his tivs well. Last number I have is 07795 414200. Here's his old website to give you an idea of what he does.

I was bewildered and amazed at that photo as I'm sure Stever has lost some weight since then

I have it on good authority that www.str8six.co.uk is worth a visit for local Tiv owners in High Wycombe and the surrounding area.

i would say jason at str8six has been very helpful on the couple of occasions ive popped down to see him, i will be getting him to do some more to my chim when funds allow!

Have found Jason at Str8 Six very helpful with the Griff and will continue to use him If you need a lift there/back give me a shout?

I used Perry years ago when I had a Chimaera, not since though. I currently use Jason/STr8Six, just off the M40 at the bottom of the cutting/Lewknor. Good service, excellent knowledge, loan cars too.

Steve - i'm on the London Road near the 'Sytners' BMW garage...Loudwater is it?
I get on the M40 at the bottom of that hill, can't remeber the junction number!


I have ordered Gaz shocks & springs from TVR Car Parts, hopefully they will arrive next week, once i have them i will call the Str8six.

Str8Six can also source/supply suspension bits. Last time I asked they recommended Protech.
