Front Indicator Side Lights - Mags

Well this afternoon i did a job i have been putting off since last year.... Changing the side and indicator lights as the other ones were, well to say rusty is an understatement.... Then fitting the new ones was a task as the old screw holes got a wee bit bigger with age etc, wires looking old and tired etc...
Anyway all done now, looking good and road legal, ready for the first blat of the year on Friday (cannie wait)..
Started the beast and let run and idle and heat up, fans worked fine and oil pressure all spot on, and it started first time.... Perfect..

Brup Bruuuup - Parppppp Parppp Pop Bang - - - The wifes 350z sounds like an old sewing machine compared to this thing... (you getting the feeling i want out now!!)

On another note
The time has come - the parents wanted them out - the wife doesn't want them anymore in the house. So the car mags i've been collecting since a child of ten back in the day..(1983>onwards) are now having to go for sale as i refuse to bin anymore, i'd rather they went to a good home..

Believe me when i say i've got thousands and i've just put a small amount of 80's and early 90's on ebay for sale... So pop into simboy1973 and see if there is anything of interest.....

I'm still putting mags on.... (fingers are killing me)

A few years back I went abroad to work, and sold maybe a 1,000 or so car mags going back to early 70s, for peanuts really.

Knew it would come back to haunt me...and it does.
